About Me

My journey into Yoga started as a way to recover from years of playing Gaelic Football. After realising my lack of flexibility and mobility, I turned to Yoga to restore balance to my body. What began as a way to heal physically soon became a powerful tool for personal growth. Over time, I discovered that Yoga was much more than just exercise — it was a path to something much more profound.

As I developed my practice, Yoga opened the door to breathwork and meditation, which have become integral parts of both my personal journey and my teaching style. These practices have helped me cultivate a deeper connection to myself and a sense of calm in everyday life.

Today, I’m a Yoga teacher passionate about helping others find balance in both body and mind. I’m constantly learning and evolving, blending my athletic background with my increasing understanding of Yoga’s philosophy. I want to offer a space where you can embrace Yoga in a way that feels true to yourself and encourages personal growth.

What I Offer

Park Yoga

When and where is the next Park Yoga session?

The schedule for Park Yoga is shared every week in our dedicated WhatsApp group. They usually take place on weekend mornings/afternoons through spring to autumn. Locations vary between Hyde Park, Battersea Park and Victoria Park (always open to new suggestions). If you’d like to be added to the whatsapp group, just reach out! Prefer not to join the group but still want updates? No problem—get in touch, and I’ll make sure you’re notified.

What should I bring to Park Yoga?

It’s entirely up to you! A yoga mat, towel, or blanket is recommended for comfort, but practicing directly on the grass can be a beautiful, grounding experience. You might also want to bring: A bottle of water, Comfortable clothing, Insect repellent (if needed), an open mind and a willingness to move!

What type of yoga is taught?

Park Yoga is a blend of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, combining movement with breath for a balanced practice. Expect a mix of dynamic sequences, mindful holds, breathwork, and meditation—all designed to help you feel strong, centered, and refreshed.

Is Park Yoga suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Many people have had their very first yoga class right here in the park. Modifications and variations are always provided, so you can move at your own pace. Props are available to support you, and while the class can be a challenge, yoga is about meeting yourself where you are—no experience required!

What happens if the weather is bad?

I keep a close eye on the forecast in the days leading up to class and will post any updates in the WhatsApp group. On the day, I arrive at the park about an hour early to check the conditions. We also have gazebos available for light rain, so unless it’s truly stormy, we usually find a way to make it work!

Can I bring a friend?

Of course! The more, the merrier. Feel free to bring a friend—or a few! Yoga is even more fun when shared.
