What we collect

• Your name, email, optional phone number, and emergency contact.
• Your health declaration, only when required, to teach you safely.
• Your acceptance of the participation agreement and class terms.
• Payment is processed independently by Stripe; card details are never seen or stored by us.

Why

To confirm your booking, contact you about the class, and safely support your practice.

Where it lives

Booking, contact and health data are stored securely in our Supabase database. Health information is never shared with Stripe, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, or included in any URL.

Who can see it

Only Danny (as the class teacher) has access to health declarations, through an authenticated admin surface. Health details are collapsed by default and clearly marked private.

Marketing

You'll only receive newsletters if you explicitly opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email.

Photos and videos in class

Photos and short videos may be taken during classes and shared on danny.yoga and social media. If you'd rather not appear, just let Danny know before class, or email yogadanny17@gmail.com at any time and anything featuring you will be taken down.

Retention

Booking records are kept for accounting purposes. Health declarations expire after 12 months by default; a new declaration is requested at that point.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing yogadanny17@gmail.com.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
